Hi guys, new member here. Ive had my 2011 tacoma for a bit over two years and have done lots of mods and tweaks to it over that time. Im a farmer that really uses the tacoma to the full potential so the parts i put on get extreme daily use on some intense terrain. My dad has had tacomas all my life and all my brothers also run tacomas so i have alot of time wrenching on them. So my issue is on my taco i just dont seem to have power. I have the 4.0 and ive changed the sparkies. Cleaned the throttle body. Cleaned the maf sensor. All my oils are routinely changed. Fuel injectors cleaned. Transmission flushed. And probably a few other things that im forgetting. But my truck runs really high rpms going 70, about 3k rpm and takes forever to get there. Overdrive works so its not that i think. Any ideas on what i can look at next? Maybe the engine is getting tired? Only has 163,xxx on it. And 32x10.5x17’s. Any help would be great. Thanks!! Correct me if im wrong i havnt looked a ton into it but wouldnt it make my power go up and also my rpm? Or does rpm go down with regearing? My buddy has the exact same truck with same lift and tires with the 4.0 and he cruises at about 2200rpm at 70 mph
