Went camping recently, and had a lot of weight in the bed of my truck. This gave me quite the bro lean look! I've noticed this issue even with far less weight in the bed. How can I reinforce my truck bed to avoid this? New leaf springs?

You can try an AAL in lieu of new springs. Less money and helps with the soft Toyota springs.

The easiest way I know of is to install air bags. The don't cost that much. They can be installed on a couple hours. Faster if you've done it before. Only requires basic tools.

This. I have the Icon Leaf Pack and carry a bed slide, bed rack, rtt, and a bed full of camping gear when I go camping. Evan at that, it barely sits level.

I have the All Pro Expedition HD springs, overkill for my setup but have no worries of sagging in the near future. :)

Your truck is 16 years old, if the leaf springs are original they are tired. There are several ways to address it.

If your front is lifted and you want to match that, an aftermarket replacement leaf pack designed for extra height is the best option but also the most expensive.

If you have a stock height truck, a leaf pack from someone upgrading their 3rd gen will be the most economical option.

The in between option is an add a leaf, it will only be a band aid for a worn out leaf pack but will do something. You can also do an add a leaf on a 3rd gen leaf pack, still a bandaid but will last longer than on your current setup.

    This.

I added a leaf on my second gen and it did not last - regretted wasting the money.

I suggest figuring out how much load you want to carry around - weigh it out add a safety factor and determine how much rake you want with an empty bed.

Then back calculate how level you will sit with respect to the spring rate.

Using your final numbers, shop around for springs.

There's Deaver, ARB, Icons, All Pro, just to name a few.

Mine has the same rear leaf springs. Not as heavy duty as advertised IMO. The amount of axle wrap is absolutely insane and is so bad I'm wondering if the stock total crap rear leaf springs have less axle wrap.

Try to put the heaviest stuff close to the cab and lighter stuff towards your tailgate.
