I have decided that I would like to start a build thread of my own. I have owned my truck since May of 2021, and the previous owner did a few mods to it before I got it.

Bought it with 110,000 on the odometer

    Current Odometer (As of 01 May 2023) - 143,045

    Previously installed mods:
    - Bilstein 5100 shocks on the front (Second ring with what I think are the stock springs)
    - Biltstein 5100 struts on the rear (with what I think are still the stock leaf springs)
    - TRD Pro Beadlock wheels in gray
    - Some sort of janky aftermarket alarm/remote start that has since stopped working
    - 265/75R16 BFG KO2 tires with almost 80,000 miles on them
    - Soft bed cover
    - TRD Pro shift knob
    - Husky floor mats
    - Weathertech window guard (only on drivers window)

    I have installed:
    - Pop 'n Lock locking tailgate handle
    - Total Chaos bed stiffeners
    - Rago Fab ditch light brackets
    - Baja Design squadron sport light pods in driving/combo pattern
    - Tube steps (have since removed them due to hitting them 3 times on rocks)
    - Victory 4x4 Blitz front bumper
    - 20" Rough Country black series light bar (Removed and given to my brother for his F-150)
    - Cobra 75 WX ST CB radio (radio failed and I got rid of it)
    - Conbra 19 Mini CB radio with 3' Firestik antenna mounted on Cali-Raised tailgate mount driver side
    - New 265/75R16 BFG KO2 tires (white out this time, to match my brother's and my dad's trucks)
    - OEM bed mat
    - OEM roof rack (Removed)
    - Morimoto XB LED fog lights in amber
    - KC Rally 800 lights (Removed and sitting in a box until I can convince my dad he needs them for his F-350)
    - Kryptec Ballistic seat covers
    - AJT Designs AC control knobs
    - OEM running boards
    - 41" Light bar on OEM roof rack (Removed)
    - OEM aluminum skid plate
    - Bestop Supertop V1 (Removed and sold for a profit)
    - Ironman 4x4 9,500 lb monster winch
    - AVS Bugdeflector II
    - Icon 2.5 Coilovers
    - Bilstein B8 Upper Control Arms
    - 3rd gen Leaf Springs with Icon 3 Leaf Progressive Add a Leaf
    - Amazon rear chase lights
    - Icon 2.0 Remote Reservoir Rear Shocks
    - Leer camper shell!
    - OEM Exhaust Tip
    - BAMF bedside molle panel
    - Diode Dynamics SS18 amber lightbar in spot beam

Got some used AJT Designs AC control knobs installed today. Still need to get the little clips out of the old knobs for two of them.20221109_151401.jpg

I bought some OEM running boards off of another TW member today, and I couldn't wait to put them on, so I did it with a muddy truck.

Spent the last few days installing a NiLight 41" light bar on my OEM roof rack. This was my first "fabrication" project as I cut the brackets out of some aluminum I had in the garage. I like it, but it does whistle a little bit.

Thanks to @kgarrett11 for the inspiration and help!

    Nice truck, love them wheels!
What was the reasoning/holdup for the 6 month repair job? Just curious, mine’s in the shop for front end damage as well. Been in for two weeks, mostly cosmetic, minus AC repair/replacement components as well as the transmission, tow-package additional oil cooler.

Christmas Eve of last year I was driving on the freeway with my brother. It was raining, so the roads were wet. We were in the far right lane of three lanes plus an HOV lane going 65 with cruise control on. A lady in a car doing almost 85 mph in the HOV lane hit a puddle and lost control. She swerved over all four lanes, and hit the front end of my truck. There was nothing I could have done, as I was already in the far lane, but I was stepping on the brakes so hard my ass came off the seat. It was a bad day.

The reason that it took so long was because it needed a new front apron, and Toyota was backlogged from Covid. When I picked up the truck in June, the shop owner told me that if I had taken it in then rather than in December, she could have gotten it back to me within a month. I hope everything works out well with your truck!

That's my dream someday, I've wanted an ARB bumper forever. If I hadn't literally just installed the victory 4x4 bumper less than a week before the accident, I may have splurged for an ARB.

This was The first deer I’ve hit in all my years and it will be the last that does something like this to my truck. There are better looking steel bumpers but none of which have the reputation of ARB.

Some weekend mods. I tucked the trailer hitch plug up and out of the way so I hopefully don't hit it again. I also put a console box organizer in, courtesy of @SoCal_Erik

It's the little things that make me happy. I've wanted one of these stickers since I first got the truck!

Two firsts today: First time going snow wheeling, and first time getting my truck stuck. I managed to dig out the tires and put some logs underneath them, and after about 30 minutes of working, I got her free. Getting traction boards is rising on my to-do list.
