I got the OEM tailgate lock installed on my 2022 SR5, which doesn’t have an existing wire loom to attach to as I ran the new wiring back to the tailgate. I was able to zip tie to the frame rail in various places back to the tailgate. I am sure that I will never have a problem with the setup as is but I would like a more factory-like way to secure this wiring to the frame. I was considering these clips from Amazon instead of zip ties to the frame. Any thoughts or better ideas!

Don’t overthink it. No point in using anything other than zip ties.

I wouldn't overthink it either, however, did you run the wiring through PVC wire loom tubing / conduit? Because of the exposure to harsh elements, I would think that would be infinitely more important than loom fasteners, although, those do look pretty slick. Note that one style of fastener is essentially a push-mount zip tie.

If the OP got the OEM lock kit it comes with the wiring in a loom that is also heat shielded in spots to protect from the heat of the exhaust. If he went aftermarket I'm not sure if its the same. Either way, I agree protecting the wiring is important, and I would just use zip ties as they would give the most flexibility in choosing attachment points.

EDIT: re-read the OP's post and he does in fact have the OEM lock kit so all should be good.

Yes, it is wrapped in the black plastic tube and the heat shielded section.

Where did you put the zip ties on the SR5? I am running into he same issue and thought about going the same route for a factory like install, also I am having a hard time figuring out the best places to put the metal zip ties.

I ended up using a small package of these type of zip tie mounts from Home Depot:

I used the metal ties around the frame around the exhaust area. The metal ties aren't pretty or clean but it will hold things in place.

It does but the SR5's don't have the wire loom running down toward the back of the truck to connect to. We have to find our own ways to tie the wires to the frame.

Thanks. It's def not easy figuring out the best places for the zipties that's for sure. Clipped directly to the frame like it is on the drivers side would be the best route, but I couldn't find info on what clips those are. The clips I've found on Amazon are all way too small to fit in the frame holes.
