    I bought this heater.

Greyhoo 5KW Diesel Air Heater All-in-one 12v Parking Heating with LCD Switch Thermostat, Silencer for Truck Boat Caravans Campervans RV Trailer https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09G6DV75S.

I have an ecoflo delta mini which i WAS planning on using to run the thing, but that doesnt work. It shuts off when the heater starts up. Reading a bit, i now know, the initial power draw is significant, so the ecoflo shuts down so it wont be damaged.

What the heck do i need to run this?

I DID try to return it, Amazon said you cant return an "automotive part" but please keep it and we will refund your money.
So im mostly just out the cash for 15 gallons of diesel i just bought and containers. Which, may be worth more and more over the next month or so.

Im planning on using the heater to heat my super pacific camper in the winter months here in the north east.

Im sure i dont have the information in this post that people in the know will want, so sorry in advance.

Whats the amp draw? Can you just run a wire direct from battery to a fuse under the hood then to the bed of the truck?

Looks like the startup power on that heater is only slightly more than that power station can produce. 130w vs 125w. So you could use a big ass capacitor between the two, that would reduce the peak load the power station is seeing. But my bet is that power station is severely overrated on paper, so still may not work.

I'm not familiar with it but it looks like the delta mini is >1000 watts. Should easily power your diesel heater. What error code is it throwing? These heaters tend to do better running off a car battery, and not lithium.

Mark, I use this battery pack with my heater:

    https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08P5SFV4D?ie=UTF8

I do have to be careful about keeping the battery pack relatively warm. It worked great above 25F, but I had to warm it up in the cab when the air temp was about 10F. I think this is a common thing with LiPo batteries. Actually a decent price on the above battery pack right now. Coupon if you click on the link.

It got down to about -2F and the thing ran all night. Glad I had it.

Thats odd, but good to know. I guess it doesnt have the safety shutoff?

I dont know what yhe geater draws initially on start up because it kept ahutting off the battery, which tells me the draw.

Ive been meaning to install a permanent battery and solar, maybe i need to hust do that. But man I'm confused now, thats little battery pack works for.you? Damn

I use the car type outlet. According to the Golab specs, it is the same as your unit: cigarette lighter output (12V/10A). The heater didn't come with that type of plug. I went to my local NAPA store and bought one and connected it to the wiring of the heater. I can't remember the initial power draw of my heater.

I have had the power source fault out when first starting the heater. But it always works the second time after I reboot the power supply.
