I deserve it. Roast away. Its hard to see in that photo but my passenger rear tire and my driver front tire are both off the ground so when I tried to drive they'd just spin and my factory locker wouldn't engage.

ATRAC wouldn't break the spinning wheels? I can tell you were very close to that edge, I'd be worried you going over

Did you try the parking brake trick? Appling some parking brake can convince the grounded wheel the spin.

I think the real lesson, always bring a buddy for anything harder then a dry fire road.

I've heard more than one story of e-lockers not engaging after getting stuck with one wheel spinning. I guess I've been lucky enough to have had my rear locker engaged before I could have got stuck. I'm wondering if using the skinny pedal and e-brake to slow down the spinning wheel and get both tires to spin would help engage the locker. Sounds like a good Prairie City experiment.

    enough to go over stuff
Atrac would have used the brakes to get the free wheels to stop spinning. its a good tool. only works under 5 mph and over a couple thousand rpms. just press the atrac button and leave it on all the time. ive never turned it off.
