    It's common for the seals to expand when exposed to gasoline as well, which is likely what caused yours to pinch. Normally they should go in without issue, especially if oiled, but if swollen and dry can be troublesome to get seated. If they are swollen and just don't want to go completely in the boss, you can get it mostly seated, then use a very blunt thin object (like a flathead screwdriver, making sure it isn't sharp) to help coax the seal into the boss the rest of the way.

    I've had my rails in/out probably 2 dozen times, plus changed injector size, and very rarely had an issue with the seal seating properly. As long as you are careful it's easy to prevent. It was much more difficult to seat before I machined in the lip in each hole. Oiling the seals is absolutely required as well.

    Not exactly, more thinking than doing. I am considering WMI, and if I decide to pull the trigger on that, then the rails will install at the same time. Without a new tune, it seems these rails will even out fuel injection left and right, by making both sides over rich. Makes it easy to hold the install till there is a tune. No other feedback, so eh, will get to it eventually.

    The hoses for the factory intake are shorter. You cannot use them on the supercharger manifold. They will not fit. Additionally the factory kit comes with a 90 degree crossover. This will not fit the supercharger, which requires a 135 degree crossover.

    The supercharger kit can fit the factory manifold.
    The factory kit will NOT fit the supercharger.

    Yes wondering where I find these on the market place....bought a 16 Tacoma with the twin turbo setup already on it. Keep getting rich bank 1 and lean bank 2 and just recently threw an injector code so was hoping this would fix my issue. If not while I change injectors upgrade for later on more boost. Correct me if I'm wrong there. Still new to turbos.

    Rails are currently out of stock, but working to get more. There are a few sellers on here looking to re-sell though.

    If your port injection is the cause of the imbalance, then yes this will help correct that by converting from a linear narrow rail to a large bore parallel rail setup.

    The rails are designed specifically for the 2GR in the 3rd gen Tacoma. The tacomas have longer intake runners if I am not mistaken, so I can not guarantee any fitment outside that platform. That being said, I believe they might. One other gentlemen had a 2GR-fks in a lexus and he got a set. I didn't hear back about any fitment issues or success though. The mounts should be the same, as Toyota likely makes them similar across the board for injector height, but I am unsure of the clearance above the rails with the intake manifold. Also I am unsure of the hose fitment.

    As for availability, I have not had any for a minute, but I plan to have a 2nd generation set in the works here shortly. Most of my bandwith has been consumed with building a stronger engine for my test truck for development of high boost parts. I just finished setting the engine in today, and will hopefully do it's first start this week.

    :eek::mudding:

    That truck is going to be awesome!
    Let me know if you do more. I'd like to buy one. If not I'll have to piece together a kit. Probably from radium and they haven't been very helpful. I'm still going through all the part numbers on multiple sites. Most p/n are the same for Tacoma, Camry, and Is350. The websites that show different p/n have the same pictures for both versions.
