Keep me in the loop on this i’m getting an axle from @81Trekker and I def want a park brake. Seems like an easier solution than the Hilux drive shaft / t-case park brake

Yeah definitely a lot of work the box just doesn’t fit in with my plans for inner splash guard and it’s just ugly lol. Got the battery relocated under the passenger rear seat nice and tidy in there

yeah mines a 3.5” but it wouldn’t be too much work to modify the file to adjust for it.

Its A LOT of work, we have done a few of them but be prepared for weeks of work. This is a Silverado we have here currently, we 3D printed a new fuse box surround that bolts the OEM fuse panel to the inside of the bed. There is a steel lid used for access inside the bed and aluminum panels that bolt to the outside of the bed and protect the wiring

Any chance I can get in on this? I have a camburg axle on order, and have been eyeing the wilwood electric parking brakes as well.

Anybody ever paint their fiberglass fenders and regret it after going to a larger tire and having to trim them? Im on 285/75/15. May go 35s some day. Seems like if it ever needed trimming could just hit it with a little touch up. Might be overthinking. They are 2” mcneil

Tape the shit out of them before you cut. And even with that expect some edge chipping from cutting.

Ok thanks. I was going to get them properly painted so didn’t want to be throwing $ away but just hit the edge with some touch up should be good to go

Two words. Bushwhacker fender trim. Covers any chipping or crooked cuts. :)

Be very careful when ordering from Amazon with these. I’ve consistently gotten wrong product from them despite being the same part number.

Check out this post. I’d suggest ordering from Sunni racing. It’s not as thin as it looks. Covered all of the chips when I cut mine.

Lucky. I have a small pile of wrong stuff I’ve gotten. I think my problem is I try to buy via bushwhacker part numbers and get some Chinese version that’s not even close.

What you posted is pretty much what I use though.
