Driver side door hard to open

I know this is a common problem on these trucks. I searched and found the thread provided below. The second post mentions the clip that holds the tension rod in place but does not mention the part number or source for the part. After taking my door panel off I noticed mine was broke and is what is causing the problem. Does anyone know the part number and source. Thanks

Maybe if I reword this I can get some help. Can someone post a schematic of the drivers side interior door parts. I need the part number or source for the clip that holds the rod between the exterior door handle and the interior one. Thanks

 

I don't know where you can get the clips, but new door handles come with them. You can get cheep door handles on Amazon and just take the clip off it. Here is one for only $11

Head on over to Toyota | Parts Catalogs | PartSouq and plug in your VIN number. Next, click on BODY



From there, scroll down the page until you see the diagrams for the front door. Click on each one until you get to the one you want.
