    Got another sourdough focaccia in the fridge for rise for tonight. This one is in a cast iron, so we'll see how this one works. I'll be making a few for Thanksgiving, too. Will be cooking this one after work today though. Mixed it yesterday at lunch, took a LONG time to rise since it's cold here. It was a bit over double though, so, oh well. Still learning the timing so I can try to integrate this into my day and figure out streamlining "Oh, yeah, mix at lunch, bulk overnight, rise after you wake up, fire it, done" sort of thing.

    Unfortunately I mixed the yeast and water a tad too late for my Focaccia hence why it didn't grow as much as I would've liked it to.

    Chef told us we should slide the Focaccia in half, and spread home-made mayo on the outside.

    Put cheese, bacon, tomato, and drizzle with balsamic and put it on the griddle, only to put more cheese on top.

    Also said I'd end up spoiling myself if I use the Pullman for french toast or Focaccia for grilled cheese.

    Ive had a bad experience with bread. Tried making some braided bread as my first experience from a skyrim recipe book. Tasted ok but it was almost a brick.

    I can bake the fuck out of some cookies, brownies, scones, or muffins tho.
