I'm going to be hitting my truck and @.Q.'s truck with FluidFilm on Saturday 10/1 (rain date 10/2). If there's anyone else who wants to make the drive to Cabot, I'll hit as many trucks as I can in one day or until I run out of materials. I charge $75/truck for a Tacoma, and we'll negotiate anything else that you might want done. I'm right off of Rt2 and I used to do this in MA before moving up here a couple of years back. I've hit 12 trucks in one day previously so I'm not worried about the volume that I think we'll up get here. Drop me a PM if you're interested.

Bumping this for a question about a specific road/trail I came across yesterday.

I got a new Taco a couple weeks ago so I've been doing exploring to find some 4x4 worthy roads and trails. I was out on my gravel bike this weekend and came across Eagle Ledge Road in Worcester. I saw the sign that you need a permit to drive it so it do I figured I'd pedal it to get an idea of how driveable it was. I pedaled about 6-7 miles and turned around due to daylight diminishing. The trail was wide and easily passable with a stock 4x4 but I also noticed how long the trail goes for according to Google Maps.

Big question is has anyone driven Eagle Ledge Trail the whole way? Does it get more technical as it goes on? I estimated it to be about 12 or so miles long so it could make a for a decent 4x4 adventure. Any insight is welcome. Thanks.

I doubt you're interested in doing one this time of year, but in the off chance you are, let me know. I'm picking up a new one tomorrow or the 26th. Anyone else who happens to read- I'm looking for someone to spray with fluid film around Middlebury, VT. Thanks in advance!

Yeah, I'm all done for the year, I spray on my driveway and it's in no condition to be out there crawling under trucks right now. I'd be happy to hit it next fall though, I'll put a post in here and start a dedicated thread when I'm gearing up. There's a garage on Rt2 in East Montpelier that I know of who sprays but I have no direct experience with them. There are probably others closer to you, but if you want the info let me know and I'll track him down.

Not exactly close to Middlebury, but up in Waterbury 'Teds Kar Kare' sprays with both Fluid Film and NH Oil. They do a good job but it's expensive ($275 for two sprayings). Power washing on day 1, spraying on day 2 (gotta leave your truck overnight). Unsure if they spray all year long during the winter.

Thanks! I’ll look him up. I think it’s worth it to get a thorough wash and dry.
