Cordless Framing Nailer?

I was considering something like this M18 FUEL 30 Degree Framing Nailer | Milwaukee Tool

They also make M18 FUEL™ 21 Degree Framing Nailer | Milwaukee Tool.

As just a home owner / DIY'er which woud you choose

 

Do you already have Milwaukee batteries ?

I have the Metabo (Hitachi) cordless framing nailer and its great

 

i've got the 30 degree m18. partly because most contractors run it, so i can steal nail strips. fewer shops seem to run 21.5. i know one guy that does for himself, but then keeps a 30 degree on his truck because that's the nails the boss buys.

i like the 30 degree mostly to get in slightly tighter corners.

if you're committed to milwaukee, it's a good nailer.

if you're open to other brands, i know guys that run the hitachi and dewalt nailers. hitachi is more compact and really good battery life, though seems to shoot sparks more during striking the nail. dewalt seems just as good as the milwaukee, no in-the-field complaints from long term users, though online reviews state it loses power over time.

if i wasn't already committed to the milwaukee line, i'd go with the hitachi for the size.

makes sense to stick with a Milwaukee nailer then , I would go with the 30 degree
