How necessary is that 14mm bolt?

    What that is true, searching for a 10.9 M10 bolt will get you better results than the endless search for the illusive grade 8 M10 bolt, which is why I mentioned it.

    I though we were talking about a M10 bolt with a 14mm head on a rock slider?

    I ended up going to Toyota and visiting the parts department. They were very little help as I had to figure out the actual bolt that was required based on a schematic he showed me. He was unwilling to ask anyone and did not really care.

    Luckily it was the right bolt but the only thing I disliked is that it was not black.

    Thanks for this information I'm currently installing some sliders from body armor and I can't get this Damm bolt off on driver side I will need to replace it as I already damaged it badly trying to get it off
