Rough installed my new grill, BAMF light mount, and 9" prowlr lights.

As it sits the lights are about 5 inches away from the grill. So I think I'm going to buy some spacers to push the mount closer to the grill and free up some space so the horns aren't right next to the radiator.

    More pictures to come.

Got my spacers installed on my BAMF behind the grill light mount.
With the spacers the horns can stay mounted in the factory position, before they have to be flipped around and be pressed against the radiator.
As you can see in one of my pictures the lights are still over 4" inches away from the inside of the grill.

My one main concern is pushing all the weight of the metal bracket and lights 1.5" further out will put extra strain on the mounting points.
I will definitely monitor the bolts regularly to make sure nothing breaks.

    To do this I used:
    3 - 1.5" long aluminum spacers with 3/4" O.D. and 5/16" I.D.
3 - 80mm long stainless steel m6 bolts, cut down to 75mm for the top 2 and 60mm for the bottom bolt
2 - m6 stainless steel fender washers to go between the spacers and radiator mounts.
Reused all the washers and the 1 m6 locking nut that came with the light mount

The lights haven't been wired in or aimed yet, that is a job for a much warmer day.

@JLee - Are you still offering Group buy pricing, or any promo codes for TW members?

Probably going to buy either way but reckon it's worth asking. Such a great set up.

Anyone running this with a stock gen 3 trd OR grill? And if so, does the grill impede light a substantial amount? Photo of the grill I’m talking about attached.

Where’d you relocate the horns to?

Looking to pull the trigger on this bracket, but just curious how the spacers are holding up? And also, where did you purchase them? Trying to decide between spacers and relocate of horns.

Here is the hardware I used, for the fender washers you can get them at any hardware store.

    https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08CXFDM8J?ie=UTF8&th=1
    https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09NXV6LY5?ie=UTF8

I usually do bolt checks on all the mods I have installed to make sure nothing is broken or loose twice a year and so far everything is holding up fine.
The only concern I have is about washboard roads, with the weight pushed away from the mounting points I worry I might break something due to the nature of washboard vibrations. But I have done hundreds of miles of high speed gravel forest roads, bouncing around off road at slow speed, and near 10,000 miles of daily driving with no issues so far though.

Look at my first pic. I movedd the OEM horns below the lights and I have an aftermarket horn at the center where the Toyota grill emblem would be
