Nitro gear and axle poor customer service

    Do not order from nitro gear and axle

    they promise two day delivery. Do not perform products shows four days later at that point it is useless

    then can’t actually speak to someone to deal with it. Despite message and message.

    piss poor customer service
    Avoid them at all cost

    much better vendors out there

    This really begs the following questions:

    What time and date did you place the order? What date did they ship? What type of shipping did they do and with who? What time was the package picked up? Was the delay on the end of shipping company? Is today Friday?

    If you say and charge for two day delivery and it’s four…. It’s a problem
    And needed to find it so I could drive my truck. Found used part on day three

    I did not mention that they also offer no tracking or status.

    Therefore I am now trying to return it and
    No one from their sketchy customer service calls back

    Nobody is offering any we just want the whole story so we can make an informed decision. All I know is you ordered some undisclosed item that was sent to you in 4 days and you think it’s somehow unfair. Ok. Sometimes it takes a day to process the order and get it shipped out. Sometimes it’s a problem with the delivery company. Did you order at 7pm on Saturday and didn’t get it till Tuesday or Wednesday and think that’s poor service? Personally I see nothing in your post that would discourage me from using this company.

    A terribly worded rant isn't really cause for concern. Not around here anyways and certainly not enough to drive me away from Nitro, if and when I become a potential customer some day.

    It’s hard to make sense of, But I believe the issue is with Shipping and Communication.

    OP was charged for 2 day shipping.
    He needed his part before day 3.
    They didn’t send a tracking #
    Part arrived on day 4.
    By that time OP has found a “used” part and installed it.
    Now he can’t get ahold of anyone for a return and refund.

    An no. I’m not siding with OP.
    I’m just laying it out there in a better format.

    I have no issue with Nitro Gear.
    If they have something I want at a better price, I’ll order from them.
