    Does anyone know if yotanation.com is still open? I placed an order and have not heard anything for almost a week. I also called and emailed and have not received an answer.

    Anyone else in a similar boat or know if I should be concerned?

    Update: Pretty sure they are not a legit business. I placed an order and never received it. I tried to call, email them, speak with them through their YouTube channel, and message them via Instagram and was never given a response.
    DO NOT waste your money on their business.

    Anyone else have any feedback here? They have a reasonable price ($200 less then MFR) on NWF ecocrawler which has only been out a year. Kind of a weird part to add to your website if you are a shady business.

    Wow. Wish I found this thread earlier. I ordered a set of splash guards for my 2003 Taco back on Dec. 31st 2022 and still haven't recieved any info as far as when it will be shipped or if the guards are on back order. I emailed them, but no response

    This is messed up. You should try to keep this thread alive so more people learn about it. Hopefully someone in TW knows this vendor and it's just a mistake. You should change the thread name to something juicy, it gets the poeple going. Much success

    I had to check this it out for myself. It has a chat feature. Anyone try that?
    They even added a 4th of July discount at the top of the page too. So they would’ve had to be in contact to adjust their page.
    Hope you guys get it figured out.
    Edit - I haven’t ordered anything from them

    Just as a follow up to this thread. I just ordered a part, I got an initial confirmation of order but no shipping confirmation. However, a week after ordering my part arrived.

    I messaged them on Instagram and let them know my problem. They responded with a link and sent me the shipping status email. It looks like their system might be messed up.

    Just wanted to update for future customers: essentially, if you can buy the same item on another site for a similar price, go with the other site. I ordered something from YotaNation on December 18th (so yes, peak holiday shopping time) and I wrote to them on the 26th because I hadn’t received any info besides an order confirmation. They said it would ship next day (27th) then of course no updates after that. I emailed once again on January 5th and they sent me shipping confirmation finally. When I entered the shipping number into the UPS website, the tracking number was expired by >120 days. I gave them one more chance before canceling the purchase through my credit card company and reporting them…They apologized and said the order is through USPS, not UPS, even though they originally sent me a UPS link in their original shipping email. It is due to arrive this week, so we’ll see. It may be a legit website but the hoops that you have to jump through and shipping time may not be worth it.
