Surveillance video enhancement for hit and run!

Hey TW,

Does anyone here do video enhancement or know any programs that can assist in this field.

Long story short, a family members’ 6 month old truck got sideswiped a couple days ago. The silver Nissan Maxima drove off. Hopefully we can get a plate number to find these people.

Did you ever find anyone to help you with capturing the vehicle’s license plate from video?

My Tacoma was hit while parked and my dash cam captured the incident, but the offending vehicle’s license plate is blurry in the video.

It’s frustrating having the incident recorded, but not being able to obtain the license plate. I image you felt the same way.
