Just to be clear, the washer is on the security bolt, between the cat shield and the frame. It gives a little cant to the shield.

I've gone over a month now with no notifications or delivery dates. Just a confirmation of a purchase. If I remember correctly @CaliRaisedLed said a minimum of 2-3 days for item to be shipped. Seems they're beyond the minimum now.
I've started to think this has become a "crowdfunding" item. Sell the product we don't have and then take the money and make them later.
I wish when I ordered the shields, they (@CaliRaisedLed) would've been open and transparent enough to tell us they were sold out or back ordered and then I would've had options of waiting or going with a different product. At least send updates to their waiting purchasers, instead of the customer having to keep asking where's my order? Good business?

Yea thank you for clarifying. I stated it poorly. The way I described it made it sound like there was a bolt that went into the cat itself that you put a washer on

When did you order? I’m in the same boat. It’s been about 5 weeks and they took my money, but I have not idea when it will ship. I’m sort of debating asking for my money back and getting the more expensive millercat…I just don’t want to take it off when I grease zergs and that was one of the things I liked about the caliraised was no removal for maintenance

I wonder if a couple hits with rubber hammer could give it clearance if you're taking it off.

Also another 12-13 still waiting. I did the online chat thing and someone said it would be shipping at the end of this week but nothing changed online. Still just shows unfulfilled for order status.

I doubt it since it needs slightly more length to allow some room.

Sorry to those still sitting and waiting. I get production takes time but some more communication would be appreciated. Going to go order the MillerCAT now since it appears as though fulfillment is quicker (knock on wood)

Still one of the better solutions, so waiting. Just annoyed if no clear indication of shipping status. Telling people expect 8 weeks would be better than guessing.

Just installed mine today with no issues, took about 40 minutes going really slow and without putting the truck on ramp or lift. I added edge guard on the passenger side just in case as others had done, but had plenty of clearance on the hoses.

Ordered 11/28, responded to 2WD/4WD survey on 12/7, order processed 12/28, received 12/31

10/10 would recommend, especially at the price point compared to other options on the market.

Ordered mine for the 4wd on Dec.20th and still no update. I emailed them last week and the said they have a lot of orders right now. Hopefully I can get an update soon. Also where do you guys get edge guards from? Can I find them at Home Depot or something? And is it worth to put on? Thanks!

Look down at the bottom of this thread and there is a link in "Products Discussed" but also here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00M8MAOLI?th=1

Haven't received mine so I don't know that it is worth it to put on. From what I can tell they fixed the problem and guys aren't needing to put it on since the cutout for the hose has been enlarged.

I ordered a set of that edge guard just in case. I may put it on even with the larger cutout, but who knows. Waiting for my cat shields to ship still

Mine is exactly that. It rattles in reverse and random moments while in drive moving and/or at a stop. Just annoying as hell!

Let's hope they can come with an update for the driver's side. But I prefer that it rattles and have a peace of mind. Is a new product and like anything new it is going to have issues.

Is this with or without the washers as spacers?
