Will definitely be doing that to all of them while I've got the headliner down.

Do yourself a favor, grab yourself one of these too.

I run it down those tubes once a year as part of my car’s maint. regimen. It fits those tubes fine and are pretty long so they should make it the length of the tube on the truck. Those tubes are the only drains for the sunroof so keeping them clean is essential. The Toyota or really most sunroofs leak a little by design but as long as those drains are clear (and in your case attached) you won’t have a problem.

Dang. Make sure it's nice and dried out! You don't want mold. This is why I have a firm no sunroof no roof rack policy in FL. Its been raining buckets here the last few weeks.

Updating title for future search purposes. I reconnected the rear driver's side this morning. I went ahead and zip-tied both of the rears as tight as I could while I was in there. I will be doing the fronts shortly. For whatever reason, the rear driver's side tube was ridiculously easy to slide right off after reconnecting using the stock clip. Clip was doing absolutely nothing. Zip tie did the trick. Passenger side was really snug, but I threw a zip tie on there for peace of mind. If anyone may happen to need to do this in the future, this thread below was pretty helpful with figuring out the headliner drop (post #60).
