    I don't see the utility if you use 1 qt bottles. If using 5 qt jugs (like I do) they are awesome. 5 stars.

    I just opened up some free 10 year old cheddar. My wife works in the cheese world. She buys and sells it. She's the
    " middle man". She's is part of the reason cheese is expensive.
