My bumpers are kind of straight and the check engine light is off. One day I'll find some horns for the hood and a functional cassette player that can handle my Charlie Daniels Band Greatest Hits cassette.
Howdy, I'm replacing all the ball joints and control arms on my 2000 SR5 2wd and I'm wanting to swap out the blown out suspension. I've been checking out the Bilstein 2 5100 series struts : https://www.4wheelparts.com/p/bilst...w-frtstrut/_/R-BBGL-SHOCKINGBIL5100W-FRTSTRUT

Was wondering if I could use my old coil springs with this set up, or get new springs if OEM won't work. I can't find springs that are compatible with these struts and my truck, and was wondering if any of y'all have some suggestions? If these struts don't work are the 4600's my only option for 5 lug?
    Thanks - Deaner

3rd gen Taco: 1.5" strut spacer HPS silicone intake tube (Red) K&N Drop-in 1.25" Wheel Spacer Airaid throttle body spacer Runner: JBA UCA, Solo motorsports LCA, Freedom Offroad 1"-4" coilovers adjusted .75", .75" spacer (3-4" overall) 33x18 Goodyear duratracs, Tundra brakes, Panhard correction, Overland Customs Forged ball joint Sway bar links, Poly bushings all around. Roof rack.....Lit up like a Christmas tree. Taco: stock.... 30" cheapo mud tires, no cat. 1.5 daystar front level spacer. Custom headache rack with light bar.
I'm having the same issue finding some struts for mine. Bilstein basically forgot about our trucks but the 4600s look good. Just want to make sure adding 1.5" spring spacer will be ok with the 4600s as it says they're for stock height. Most people are saying that the spacer only adds about .5-.75" of lift and that wouldn't effect the struts much. But wondering if yoy had any luck in your search.
