My tonneau cover lowers the rails making everything ive looked at probably being incompatible. Anyone have a solution or have done something similar?

Did you look into the Relentless off road brackets? Works with my tonneau cover.

This is the ticket. I made my own knock offs but exact same idea as the relentless ones.

Did you hand make those brackets to go around the handles for the camper sides or water jet them?

Those panels were designed to fit an unlowered rail. The Bakflip drops the rails a couple inches and I dont think those would fit. Also like super fucking expensive per panel

These brackets? Cardboard template, angle grinder, power drill, and pop rivet gun.

With the relentless mounts worst case you’d have to drill some new holes to fit the lower rail and trim the excess off. Still prolly the easiest option for your situation without having to make something from scratch (which is always a great option if you have the skills, tools, and time)

just get the bare ones and rattle can after you modify.

Or you could probably find a welder/metal fab guy in your area show him some examples of what you are looking for, take some measurements and ask him to whip some up for you, should be pretty easy for anybody mildly competent.

Guy has a set of Rago’s for sale right now could just use the top half of those and they would work fine I have a full set and they work great. He’s had them for sale a few days might even take a few bucks off if you ask nicely.
