Need something: When I step onto the stock running boards on the back to see/reach what's against the cab in the bed (5'9"), guess what hits the side of the bed? My belt buckle.

I need something there to protect the paint, that doesn't quite look like a rock guard. I'm guessing something like a clear plastic that is about 5x5"

I used 5mm nutserts to mount to hood with no drilling. Barely room for them to go in hole in hood.

I like the Black Rhino Barstow wheels in Dearborn blue, but I don't think they're compatible with Tacoma's.

    Stock. For now.
Hey, there are some wheels out there that aren’t black/silver/bronze that I would seriously contemplate. The wife however…..

I did have the Black Rhino Arsenals on my jeep though.

I was disappointed it didn’t cover the tailgate as it gets the most abuse.. So I ended up at the TSC tractor store and purchased 20” of the horse stall mat.. cut it to length and used the existing screws to anchor it to the tailgate.. works like a charm..

Actually did all this work last weekend. Moved several pieces in my alu-cab canopy around to make them fit better. Installed my 17 gal water tank, installed my lithium battery, added faucet and a fancy paper towel holder to the cupboard. Electrical and plumbing coming this weekend.

Just installed some rubber clamps to hold my big Nebo 12000 davinci flashlight in place inside my cab. It holds it firm in place, and i can access my light without opening my door. i got the clamps off Amazon for $15. I used stainless hardware. Pretty easy to install.
nothing i found out there worked for these Nebo lights so i got lucky and this worked great.
I removed the seat side cover, which was easy. One clip, and a screw behind the seat, and off it comes. Also, pull to remove the seat adjustment wheel. It just pops off.
Hope this helps someone else who has a Nebo.
If you don’t know what a Nebo Davinci flashlight is….look it up on youtube. They’re ridiculously bright. I have one in both of our cars to double duty as a self defense tool, and emergency needs. They are also fun to just light up the forest with too lol

Got the results from the oil sample I sent to Blackstone as the truck was about to roll 65k miles. I bought the truck 16 months ago & have put on 25k of those miles. The report was a small price to pay for peace of mind.

I like this idea. I have a iProtec rc3200 that I'm going to mount similarly. Did you snake a charging cable to the area also or just remove when it needs charging?

I blacked out the vent rings and installed the Phillips H9 low beam bulbs. I trimmed the bulbs rather than removing the green inserts on the truck harness. 20230301_142152.jpg 20230301_141444.jpg

Got the alignment redone. Wife took the truck for routine maintenance a couple of months ago to the dealership and they told her it needed an alignment badly. The alignment was originally done by the shop that did my lift originally.

The new alignment shop I took it to was flabbergasted that the dealership set it back to stock settings with the Icon UCA and rest of the lift. It didn’t rub before the dealership had it but was definitely rubbing after. The tech told me it was a mess but he got it fixed. You can tell the difference driving it and it’s clearly correct now.
