    Hello,

Looking for help finding the part number for the rear differential carrier bearings for a 3rd Gen SR with 8" axle. (My truck is a 2023 SR Access Cab 4x4 3.5 AT) I'm installing a Detroit True Trac diff.

#9 in the photo, I believe.

    Got to Parts.Toyota.com

Type in your VIN, then type “Differential Carrier Bearing”
It’s located under the “Rear Axle Housing & Differential” section.

The reason I didn’t provide the # is, I’m not too familiar with what models had the 8” diff.
    But I know it’s listed.

NOTE: THE PART # SHOWN MAY NOT BE CORRECT.
It’s only there to show that it is listed on the site.
You need to verify it by your VIN #AF752FFF-3218-4470-8380-244FBC4E8EBC.jpg0767DC04-46F7-42A4-A2F9-10FE29910815.jpg

Thanks! Unfortunately, it doesn't look like Toyota has released any info for the 2023s yet. The website did not recognized my VIN. (My local dealer had to look up a 2021 truck just to get the part number for the stock bed mat.)

Does anyone else know if there is difference between the 8" and 8.5" rear ends, regarding the carrier bearings? (Sizes, pictures, Koyo or Timken part numbers?)

    @Jeff Lange might

I kind of hate to tag him, but he’s the only guy I know that “will” know or find out.
Sorry, Jeff. This one is out of my league man. If it were a 2nd Gen, I’d be able to figure it out.

    Thanks for the reply!

OK - I found a reference on an Amazon review.

The True Trac I purchased: 913A610
Carrier bearings (to fit 50mm ends): Toyota 90366-50007

Checked the True Trac and they are 50mm.

And... I found an old post here on TW, by none other than Jeff Lange, with some cross-reference info:

    90366-50007 - Bearing, Carrier RH (50x83x20.5)
    SKF Set: BR140
    Koyo Set: TR100802-2

The factory bearings on the 2016-2023 8” are 53mm ID, part number 90366-T0010.

50mm bearings ordered. I’ll post pics of the install, when the weather here in PA allows.
