hey guys has anyone had or have a clunk or pop coming from the passenger side front area? In the morning when I first start the vehicle, let her warm up for a bit then as I start to take off it is a very noticeable (clunk/pop) under the passenger floor board/dash area. I have replaced upper and lower ball joints on both sides, tie rods, sway bar links with Moog and it is still continuing. wondering if front Dif or steering rack bushings could cause this or something else. any info would be greatly appreciated.

I have the same issue. Going with CV Axel. Replacing both sides next week and I’ll let ya know how it turns out.
Happens when I go from stand still to reverse and sometimes when turning in/out of a parking spot.

When mine “clunked”, it was the lower control arm bolt.
Since you say you replaced the LBJ, check the LCA bolts.

Yes but I had a blown shock and the sway bar links were worn. But it sounds like you already replaced those. Links anyway. Hopefully you can track it down. Best of luck

    All stock, baby!
Wouldn’t it be nice if, for once, the LCA bolts were loose, instead of completely frozen?

Haha yea if only things could be easy. Well I’m going to get it on the lift this weekend and checked on parts through Toyota and seeing they want you arm and leg for one bushing is there an alternative brand?

Time to stop throwing parts at it and do some solid diagnostic work for several reasons. First, unless you're replacing the old parts with new OEM parts, you run a pretty decent risk of installing stuff that won't last nearly as long as the originals. Second, it's (still) costing you money and you still have the original problem. Third, unless you have over 150,000 miles on it, you probably replaced parts that didn't need to be replaced.

So, how many miles are on the truck?

Check the hood. Push down on it. Mine was clunking. There's an adjustable rubber plug on either side of the radiator. Also your core mount bushings may be worn out causing clunks.

You can check the core support bushing pretty easily too. Search the forums on replacement and you can see what it takes to pull them/check for wear.. pushing on the hood is free, too.
