"Funk" is German for radio...so the German Audi police cars had the radio/funk button. Back in the day it was a popular mod with the Audi guys...cause it ain't just Parliament Funkadelic that's down with the FUNK

 

My son picked up an 2002 A4 Quattro. The turbo went a few months ago. FCP Euro for the win. Fixed it himself. That kid!

Maybe. It will take me 3 hours to get there, I don't own any type of brush/tree trimming equipment. I can bring some food.

 

The problem was the lower fitting. They use a quick connect, you have to break the old plastic clip to remove the pipe (a new clip is included with the condenser). If it was a normal bolt in, the job would be much easier.

I have a friend from work that might want to go off-road when we go. He drives this

and someone else might want to go also, he drives a 4Runner.

 

When I had a working scanner I'd be able to hear communication from the nursery about a quarter mile away from HTs (handheld radios) on GMRS frequencies. I don't remember, do you need an FCC license for those? Last time I knew 20 or so years ago the town police was only on one or two frequencies. They may be trunked now.
