So I know there have been many posts about squeaky front ends, but I haven’t read any specifically outlining the LCA as the culprit. For the past couple weeks I’ve had a very loud squeak in the front passenger side. Even just driving down the road it’s squeaking and creaking. I had my wife stand in passenger door and shake truck side to side while I lay underneath, and I triangulated the squeak to the LCA..

The odd part is that it’s not coming from any moveable part of the LCA, I can actually feel it with my hand in the middle of the LCA where the metal splits into two to attach to the inner wheel.

does anyone have a good solution?

for reference I have a 21’ with Toytec BOSS 2.0 lift kit.

I'd start with white lithium grease and see if that helps. That's weird it squeaks in that spot though.

Ive read very recently that the makers of AT205 changed the formulation. The original formulation had a "women's nail polish" smell to it, now that smell is gone and apparently the stuff doesn't work as well as it used to. As with most things, YMMV....
