Just got done wiping the Camaro with the new detailer spray from Chemical Guy's and it looks awesome

Now hoping it doesn't rain tomorrow even though there's a 60% chance from the early afternoon thru early Saturday morning

I went down the detailing rabbit hole a few years back. After spending lots of money on every manufacturers detail spray I found how to make my own. All you need is the concentrate and a jug of distilled water.

I usually mix it stronger than they recommend but it still works great. You'll save hundreds once you start mixing your own.

Management had a new strategy
I kept pointing out things that they hadn't thought of or were hoping we didn't notice.
They became VERY defensive
And I kept pushing. Then they became insulting. And I kept going.
They want us to manage each other and I was asking them if that wasn't in thier job title.
Me: so if I need someone to help in my area, I need to ask the group for help, and if no one answers?
Manager: you call them and tell them to help
Me: that sounds like a manager's job
Manager: I'm not a dispatcher
Me: neither am I, who could we get to MANAGE the situation?

That was the nice conversation

 

The manager I had was a volunteer cop, we were afraid of him.

He is gone now
