I understand the concern here but those of us who are in wetter rainy areas should we just saran wrap the entire frame I’ll monitor it, good information though.

Did this mod to my 2023 OR AccessCab. The hose I picked up came with a preformed 90 degree bend at one end which improved the transition from the drain line IMO.

I did this to my 22 soon after purchase and wanted to share something I've noticed.

It will continue dripping for at least a couple hours after the truck is shut off. I noticed this recently when I walked back to the truck after it had been parked for a couple hours and saw the puddle under the drain. It's humid where I live so I figured it was from earlier and hadn't dried up. I paid closer attention and water was still slowly dripping from the drain.

Thinking the same thing. Plenty of annual rain here plus seasonal snow (like, just yesterday), so I'm not sure if this mod makes sense (at least for me). Thankfully they only use salt on a few roads here and only when it's really, really icy so that's not a worry (again, at least for me).

I broke one of the spray liner clips. Based on what I found at https://parts.toyota.com/ the replacement part number for the clip is 90080-46327.

It's been three years for me. Hopefully it's not too bad.
I'll do this before the summer hits.

If you have any commonsense, you'll just cosmoline that area, or the entire chassis, and be done with it. I did that to mine 3 years ago, and its been fine.

I know common sense is two words. Does that count?

    Good advice. Thanks!

Actually blame on the the spell check feature this computer has. I originally type it in with two words.

Just finished this mod. Fitted in-between the cover, or whatever that is called, and the frame. No zip-tie at all.

    1/2inch coupling.
    1/2inch heater hose.
    1/2inch hose clamp.

might have to get 5/8-3/4in hose clamp to secure the new heater hose part.
Other than that, seems to work fine.
Tested with full a/c all day.

Mine got clogged up with a spider web.

Would a faucet aerator screen be too restrictive to use in order to prevent bugs from getting in again?

what about winter, wouldn't it get blocked with salt and road slush

How about a fitting like this, its used for a drain line on a fish tank, check out your nearest pet store or try google.

    Good call out.
Luckily, I live in Southern California, but I do travel a lot to mountains with snow. I guess I’ll have to check occasionally?
