Hi everyone, was curious on others peoples take on this. My B8100 shocks had started leaking a few months ago, I dont go on any extreme terrain or rock crawling. The truck is mainly used to go up tricky trails for hunting or camping. I sent the shocks in for a warranty and got this as a reply : Screenshot_20230515-192342_Email.jpgScreenshot_20230515-192309_Email.jpgWhen I removed the shocks there were no signs of any impact on the outside of the shocks but I'm also not sure what else could have caused this. I sent a reply asking for images/proof of external damage and am waiting on a reply.

Thanks for any input on have to move forward or any theories on what happened Appreciate any help I can get on this.
