Ok! I am also have not installed the bracket to support the hoses like the factory one did, so that's probably a part of it. Taking it wheeling for the first time since the lift next week, interested to see what kind of Pandora's box I cracked open. Doing the fuel tank lift was by the longest and most frustrating part of my rear frame chop LOL!!

Yeah, I found a perfect little spacer to raise that up about an inch from the bracket on the frame so it's all secured. There's just enough room between the raised crossmember and the bed.

Think I might have had to slightly bend some of the metal lines too.

I was thinking of these posts the other day when I was loading the truck up. This is how I spaced my filler out:

Mine stopped shutting off randomly, must have been a gas pump issue.

Been slowly getting this thing ready to roll for summer. Fixed the f'd steering rack mounts, went through the front suspension, swapped shackles, retrofitted some headlights, probably some other shit, and now mostly done with the new bumper. Also have a new grill and corner lights, so the front end will be looking mint.

Thanks Jake! I'm not sure you could effectively get it any tighter.

Only downside is there's no extra room anywhere, and assembling things, which now has to be done in a very specific order, is a huge PITA. I.e. you can't take the grill off without also removing the headlights. oops

Never! If I used my billing rate from my real job, it would be at least a $5k bumper.

    Rustoleum metallic black stainless.

Never used it before, but tempting to paint all my armor with it now.
