    Very positive experience talking on the phone a couple of times to ask general questions. Friendly and informative and answered the line right away. I ordered a set of Deaver Stage II leaf springs with the kit that comes with it (not an option but that's ok). It was helpful to know that due to the size and weight of the item it's not in a box so there may be a scratch here and there. There were a few minimal ones but nothing that will degrade the overall functionality and quality of the product. Fast, free shipping and a military discount for those who qualify. Tracking was accurate, delivery was as predicted. Thank you!

    Yes he is. Totally agree! After confirming the timing of the shipment, I ordered a set, only to see on the emailed invoice that I forgot to select the drop down for the actual Stage IIs. I called immediately and he fixed it while we were on the phone and let me know it was the same price so no extra charge was needed. A few minutes later I had a new invoice emailed to me showing the correct part.
