Recent purchase of 2008 XRunner

Great forum. Just picked up a 2008 XRunner. 144k.Very tight. Got the original wheels included with the purchase. I do need to locate the body kit. Any help would be appriciated. I would prefer finding a complete set in blue. I guess we all can wish.

Changing ALL the fluids to synthetic. Red Line trans & diff. Interested if it makes much difference
Actively looking for the missing body kit parts.

 

Somewhere I had graciously gotten a link to my request fot the body kit/parts numbers. I can't for the life of me tind it.

Have you tried going to the dealer to see if they can be sourced from Toyota?

Yes, I got sticker shocked. I know ill have to pay to play but I'm still hoping to find a raceway blue partout??

 

Still looking for the body kit.

Meanwhile I got the windows 35% ceramic tinted and ceramic 70% windsheild. Percentage is counterintuitive as the higher the number the less the darkness.

Original xRunner wheels installed.

New tow hitch

Engine, interior, underside and paint detail

spark plugs

Headlight housings with german Osram 200% brighter bulbs

Synthetic differential, transmission, engine change

New Pioneer with front and rear cameras











New basic Kenwood w/ pac install kit, terrible upward tilt

I wanted one of these so bad when i was just out of high school. Congrats on the x-runner!

 

Best backseat setup in a tacoma with the flip down seats for a large load floor. Cool truck I'm sure its quick with the 4.0 6 spd
