I've got the same. Like the white, but I color matched mine.

Just got mine, fresh from powder coating. These are going on my '19 SR Utility, white with black trim. I'm also going to use black lug nuts.

I don’t and honestly when I got them I knew what I was looking for and basically did a google search for 16” steel toyota oem and they came up pretty fast. Ended up getting them from a wheel refurbishing company on eBay. Haven’t seen them since.

I like the look of steelies, but after getting them powder coated and buying center caps I could have methods. What are the pros and cons of steelies?

I bought 2 sets of oem steelies in the color and condition I wanted. One cost me about $500 all in, the other $300 all in. If you know what you want and do your research they are incredibly affordable and will completely change the look of your vehicle. And yes, they are tough as nuts.

I don't need no stinkin' center caps! Seriously, I just painted my hubs black to match my black lug nuts. I painted my new OEM Toyota steelies (and the spare) with rattle can base coat/clear coat (use quality paint) and they came out pretty good. So not a big investment. I sold my OEM alloys and the sale just about covered wheels, new TPMS, paint. mounting/balancing. Plus, easy to touch up if needed, unlike powder coat. Personally, I like the military look of steel wheels. Lots of good looking/performing alloys out there, I like the more subdued look.
And the way I use my Taco steelies are plenty tough enough.

I believe they are 30 lbs each. By comparison my stock sport rims were around 26 lbs.

Main advantage is looks. Especially if you like the classic work truck/ military/ NGO look.
Another is the ability to bend the rim back into shape if it takes a hard hit off road. This used to be bigger deal in the past when aluminum wheels were straight cast. Modern wheels are roll forged or some similar process that increases strength of the bead area.

Downsides are there are heavier. Not dramatically, but it is additional rotating mass and unsprung weight.
If you are in a area that uses salt on the roads they rust.
Did I mention that if you are in an area that uses road salt they rust?

Powder coating adds a lot to the cost and is why many go with regular paint. I used a epoxy paint on mine that has held up well.
