Not much of an update but front bypasses ship next week, gonna clock the top caps 90* then leaves room for some more tubes in the future.

Rear shock mounts are cut off the truck to be redone better. Then from there it’s just bump cans, bump pads, and fuel cell tie into the cage. Slow but other trucks have priority in his shop.

No update, front shocks dropped off and that’s about it. Shock mounts were cut off to redo better, same thing still needs to be done, shock mounts, bumps, rear cab plating in.

bought a new house so I’m more focused on that

full articulation one of the bypass tubes was about 1/4" from the frame rails and after thinking about it were gonna pull the tops of the shocks out more to give a little more room. tops of the shocks were leaned to the central of the truck about 3" like a class 1 buggy so theres some room to adjust. Everything else cycles good and ill probably never fully articulate it, but better to not have that be a problem later on

Front shock towers cut off measuring for new upper arms for Tommy to build and ship.

Truck will also be getting his new swing set steering kit once that is developed and available.

Upper arm will have a 13” spread for plenty of room for activities.

Unsure if the brake booster will stay or not. That’ll be an afterthought. Was thinking of running just dual wilwood masters and their pedal assemblies mounted inside the cab.

Pics of current mock up for the front end.

Update, nothing much. Trucks prepped to be a roller to get moved to the new shop in Las Vegas where it'll continue. Front end is ready for engine cage and shock mounts. One off uppers are made for the 2.5/4.0 12" combo and mounted to the frame. Rear has temp mounts to get it to roll. Rear mounts were cut off to get redone to add more room between the bypass and frame rail. Once its in Vegas in Feb/March, things will move faster as its no longer probono/free time project for the fabricator. His new shop is where the old Shelby factory was by the speedway so if your in Vegas check him out. Pro UTV racer also with their new chassis they are building. Sims Motorworks.

I've really lost all interest and motivation to finish this thing and to be honest I forgot I even own it. I'm too far in to bail on it and there's a chunk of change just tied up in this thing but I'm at a point where its time to just get it done after all these years talking and dreaming. I've finally finished my other degree, grinded for a management position at work, and done with home remodeling. So I'm now in a position I have time that I can get back on this thing and see it through and set some milestone goals for myself of getting it driving.

With that said, the truck hasn't been touched, been waiting for an update as the ball is in his court to get it to Vegas. But I've made my mind up and ill be picking the truck up and ill tarp it till I find a new shop that'll do what I want/need.

Tommy at TT and I have been in talks for a while so most likely it will end up being taken to him out in Cali with a blank check and just have him finish what I need done so its ready to be plumbed and wired. Probably wont be till November till he can take it in, but it will be in hands I can trust and know it'll be worked on.

So.... till then the goal is to collect things like Holley terminator kit, axle shafts, diff, radiator, oil coolers, wiring, plumbing, fuel delivery, blah blah blah and I've also been talking with Moruzzi for a power plant. I've got a whole excel spreadsheet with part numbers etc. that I need to start checking off.

Believe me I'm just as disappointed as you all are that this thing hasn't had an update. But ill get the ball rolling as far as part collection this summer so once its back from getting the skeleton done that I can jump in on what I need to do to get it driving.

but internals and shit already built and GTG
It was going in my taco but I found another 6.2 block so I moved everything off the 5.3 onto my 6.2

    I’ll DM you
