Edit: Guess I’ll be the guinea pig. Just placed an order for some armor. They’re offering free shipping so I figured why not. We’ll see if I get what I ordered for the actual price on the invoice

 

My brother in law bought a Smittybilt Overlander Tent from them a couple months back and spoke highly of the company. I've been browsing some other products on their site, but haven't pulled the trigger yet (have had a lot going on). I ran some quotes and I do like their free shipping, most of the other places I browsed was charging $100+ for freight.

 

Yup. I’ve been very pleased with the customer service I’ve reveived so far. I’ll certainly be buying from then again.

They gave me a 5% off code via the chat function. 5% isn’t a ton, but you add that on top of free shipping on big items and your OTD price rivals or beats a lot of Black Friday sales.

Yes I did about 3 weeks ago. I kinda feel ghosted. To spend a thousand dollars and they take it asap and u not here from them and then email them and get a generic robotic type response. Still waiting. Seems like u spend this kinda cash u would atleast get weekly updates or give a better heads up. Lots of other comparable fabricaters who make sliders are available....customer status updates would be huge if these guys did that. I hope the super slow response time equals some amazing strong badass sliders!.

 

Yep, I ordered a Prinsu Cabrack with free shipping from them. Got here pretty fast and in perfect condition. Very happy.

This company is legit, with all the chaos and increasing prices in today's world it's nice to know that they try and keep their prices low and go the extra mile to help you out. I will definitely be buying from them in the future and wished more companies would be more like Truck Brigade!

Stumbled upon this thread from last year.............

Twice now Ive dealt with Truck Brigade, and I can fully say they were a pleasure to do business with. Had a major issue with my first order from them (NOT their fault) and received comms directly from them and they got the issue from the manu straightened out and even got a bit of a discount for the hassle it created.

This time around I purchased an UpTop Retrax truss rack from them and again they delivered exactly as promised, as the rack showed up today. I have not opened it to verify its all correct, but after the last few dealings with TB I dont have any fears if something does happen to be amiss.

Competitive pricing and great service, cant ask for more than that. Big shout out to TB!
