Fender Flare question...

I recently saw a pic of a Tacoma that had the flares removed permanently...The guy showed some aftermarket hardware that basically filled the square holes where the clips connected the flares...I took a snapshot and can't find it now...My truck is just an 07 that's a great work truck...nothing more...But for the first time, I've struck out in my search...Could anybody with knowledge of this hardware help an old guy out...? I'd greatly appreciate it !
