Access Cab back seat headrests

Can I pop this panel and remove these head-rests ?
Can I take these seats out pretty easy without ripping the world apart?

I want a platform back there I can get around the seats but the headrests are gonna
kinda get in the way when in the down position for my dometic. Would simply be
easier if they were gone.

I took out the head rests and the seat bottoms and left everything else. In the rare case that anybody sits back there, they can sit on a cushion or pillow and still buckle in.

 

I thought it was best to just leave them in.

 

Got the dimensions of that board setup I need a starting point.
