    Ok Ill actually help.

Simple answer is tallest is 255 80 17 you shouldnt rub. There still is a chance tho. Widest is 265

Long answer lift does not help clear tires on IFS tacomas. There are 4 things that do. Sawzall, wheel offset, tire width, and alignment. The wider and more negative offset you have the more work they are to fit the tires. Also need to balance that with not rubbing the UCA and frame if you go high positive offset.

With 255 85 16 I believe your only options are MT's. If thats a no go for you then go with 265 75 16, stock size, or warm up the angle grinder and go with bigger.

255/85 R16 is pretty much the largest you can go with not rubbing on stock wheels and minimal body work, just trimming some of the plastics, Or go baller and get 74weld portals and get tons of clearance. :spending:

I would stay with a zero offset wheel for what you seem to want. The second you start going with a negative wheel you will start rubbing. You can do a simple collar from Westcott Designs and get a little more height with those Pro Fox without it messing with your ride quality. Many people jump to a 285/75 tire and the rubbing seems to be hit or miss, more with the hit though. I had no rubbing with that tire size and zero offset with 2.75” lift. Added negative offset and rubbing all over even with a cab mount chop. Ha
