Black LWB Softopper SOLD!

I got my RTT patched together so this Tacoma 3rd gen long bed Softopper is for sale. I really want to keep it because it looks fantastic but I promised the CFO I'd sell it when the RTT was back up and running.

I made some adjustments to the rails, so it will fit a 2nd gen. I also deep cleaned it, seam sealed it, and treated it with 303. I'm leaving town Saturday but it anyone wants to grab it before I leave let me know. Oh, and this is NOT going to be shipped. $500

 

Nice softopper! I love mine. Just FYI I’ve owned both and the 3rd gen Softopper will fit on the 2nd gen if you get the replacement 2nd gen rear panel ($79), rear panel straight bar ($12), and rear panel straight bar brackets ($7) plus shipping. The 2nd gen rear tailgate is the only difference between the two, so hope that helps and good luck with the sale!

 

That's what I thought, but the new generation is no longer interchangeable like that. The rails on the 3rd gen model are actually longer now. The tan Softopper I had before was just a bar change.
