It looks like these pieces, that they include, may be metal so you’d have to replace them for the sensors to work.

Thanks! Wanted to keep to 16" to keep sidewall flex when deflated and save the mulla on buying aftermarket rims for now to spend on more needed upgrades, but didn't care for the way the OEM OR rims looked with the 35's. This was my solution, though I'm going to sandblast, clean, and repaint with Steel-It paint for better durability. The paint used without proper cleaning or prep looks good and lasted a long time, but has flaked off a bit with pressure washing, lol.

I used this on mine https://www.amazon.com/Drexler-Ceramic-Hydrophobic-Detailing-Protection/dp/B06XY6M26W I bought one kit and ended up with about a 1/4 of the bottle left at the end that I ended up using on my wheels.

Need Help: My truck has been in the shop for three weeks now because of a rear end collision. The boby shop informed that the bumper reinforcement bracket is on backorder and it's not supposed to be available till October 22nd! I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with this body shop. I was hoping that someone in the Virginia area has an old bumper laying around. I will of course pay for the part. I'm just trying to figure out something so I can get my truck back. Thanks!

I got a short day at work a while ago so I went home and painted mine with Krylon. Prepped it by cleaning everything with Dawn soap and roughing up the clear coat that those wheels have. 4 coats of matte black and 4 coats clear they are pretty solid. I was fortunate to have a nice sunny day and an afternoon to get it done
Checkout the Krylon Fusion. It works great for adhering to the clear coat or existing paint.

My truck got rear ended last year. I wasn't good with any body shop I took it to. None used OEM parts .. I ordered my bumper top stamp myself for $80 and fixed it myself. I wasn't waiting for a month to get my truck back... I drove it around dented up for about 3 months and eventually fixed it up. I made about $1700 off the accident..I lived with some minor paint/plastic imperfections. My tailgate isn't 100% either ..

The stock bumper and all 289pieces weighs about 45lbs without the receiver.

I looked them up post post. Figured they would be metal anyway. But still got my head thinking about how that could easily be plastic.
