I want to share a photo of a 3rd gen with a 3.5" long travel kit on 32" pizza cutters.

Gets right around 12.5" of travel, and gas mileage doesn't appear to have changed. Yes it's only 32". The thing that surprised me the most about this is the on road performance over stock TRD pro setup. Also it still looks kinda stock.

Those tires won’t smash the fenders? Anyway, love it… similar specs to a Dakar Rally class T1 truck. 32” tires, 16” rims, 11” of travel.

Nope! I mean yeah I would get more travel with glass but the bumps are set to stop them before mangling the fenders. With larger tires I'll need to decrease the travel further or switch to glass.

I really like the pizza cutters. I'm in no rush to pay $500 for shipping on new fenders. It'll happen eventually

You really shouldn't need to run glass to get full 13" of travel on a LT setup with even 35s. You need fender and firewall work (or to run JD Fabs inner fenders) but I run JD's 2.25 LT kit with 35s and have a full 13" of travel with stock fender flares.

Oh, I guess the 3.5" probably necessitates glass. Rough.
