Correct, they wont work with the meso mirrors. They also wont work with many aftermarket tail lights or headlights that have sequential signals or OEM led headlights.

They don't even work with the conversion harness to OEM led headlights? I have those and V5 switchback signals, so I'd need to custom-wire the harness to total tails only and custom aux lights. :annoyed:

Anything with a micro controller to control the LEDs wont work with the strobe system. So sequential lights wont work, and some switch backs wont work.

I will make you the tees needed to inject a strobe, no problem. I do believe that is correct regarding the Meso turn signals. There may have been issues with switchbacks too? I don't recall. I have made a few of these, but I don't have one on my truck or anything.

EDIT: @5nahalf with the info. I thought I remembered that.

Glad I found this! Have the same feeling as OP and was looking at ways to get this done for when stopped on roads
Wish there was some OBD plug and play like this thing https://speedturtleengineering.com/videos ($200... :sadviolin:)
Anyone good with some OBD/Arduino magic? Even possible on Toyotas?

Maybe off topic, maybe not. I am looking for threads/people who have installed actual hidden strobe emitters... I have some and am having trouble with mounting and need advice. The above solutions use existing lighting with flash modules... great solution, but not suited for my needs.
