Oil plugs have an internal mechanism you tighten it up and then it'll get tight keep going until it gets loose then you're done

naa, i installed the winch flippy plate cover thing and the bolts decided to take a hike down the trail at some point. and then the rest of the thing shattered.

 

I almost lost it in Michigan...I don't think I would have got it back! Relocation to front grill with zip ties was necessary.
