Need help from windshield installer or Toyota Techs. I washed the rig today and there is a leak into the cabin air filter (Pic 1). I've cleaned the wiper gutters, etc. I noticed the window seal on the passenger side to be bowed away from the windshield (pics 2 and 3, yellow circles). It is not tight against the windshield like on the drivers side.

Before I tear everything apart, is there a schematic of the windshield and gutter/seal? Are there clips that hold the seal/gutter? other than siliconing the crap out of it, is there a way to fix this? New gutter/seal or take to a windshield place? It was replaced a year or so ago.

    Many thanks!! KB

I took the “cowl” off to do a different thing.
    But to answer your question.

    Instructions thanks to @dpele
Q: Are there clips that hold the seal/gutter?
A: Yes, it is at the bottom. Not where the windshield line is.

Q: isthere a schematic of the windshield and gutter/seal?
A: Yes, if you wish to remove the Cowl.
    Lift up the hood.
Remove Windshield arm from motor. I think it’s a 14mm socket.
Disconnect the push pins on either side and along the entire length of the cowl.
Tip: mark your windshield wiper arms with tape, to make re-install easier.

Q:New gutter/seal or take to a windshield place?
A: Probably I think it’s an entire unit.
    I can’t answer as I don’t recall.
