Congrats on the car! I have been itching to get another sports car for a while now. I hope the yzf will keep me happy for a bit. I really want a GTO 6.0 6spd. Damn Wade for getting that Corvette!

Sleek little Audi there Brian! I think your taco might have been able to climb over it...maybe not.

    Hopefully this gets ordered today!

I threw some new pads/rotors/wheels bearings on my sisters truck (s10) earlier this week, I paid $120 for everything. My dad said he'd pay me back, I asked if he'd buy those instead and call it even.

I probably wouldn't go unless you guys did. I am comfortable around you all, but not so much around a lot of people I never talked to . Can't even believe I went to Neil's farm. The taco has a way of being pushy...

    1. So sad your tacoma is gone.
    2. Awesome ride.
    3. I swear I am going to get a Lotus.

I'm in the same boat, I know you all but not really willing to drive 4 hours spend a weekend with people I may/may not like. When it gets closer maybe more people from this thread will be interested and I will have to consider it more.Taco=Very persuasive, she doesn't what she wants when she wants.

That trip is pretty far away for me. Even further than Georgetown on the few times I've gone down to watch Bengals Training Camp.

yep. I was against him from day one. Though I hate the justice system these days... he should be killed the same way he killed his wife... make the p.o.s. suffer! instead, we get to pay for his ass to sit in jail and be wined and dined on

Those look awesome. I wonder how they compare to the wet okoles in regards to fitment.

Just hope the main bench fits alright, not concerned about the headrests to much. The working on cars and the light interior...not friends.

When winter comes at the end of this year (just warm the fuck up and stay that way already!!!!!!) I'll be purchasing one of those 12v cigarette lighter seat warmers and slide that under the cover, have me a nice warm seat in the winter time as well.

Kate, you got some goofy issues with your Cobalt. Going over it again, you've got a 507 code (high idle) yet you're getting a low idle. And this problem only starts to occur 2 minutes after the vehicle has been started regardless of operating temp.

Looking into the 507 code, I was not able to find anything regarding that code and a low idle condition, but everything it said to check, I think has been covered.

I know we've talked about Vacum leaks. Hook a vacum tester up to it, let it run and watch the vacum and see what happenes when that 2 minute mark hits.

I don't remember the PCV being brought up, Alldata did list that as a checking point.

Also listed the MAP (manifold absolute pressure) sensor as a checking point, make sure it's clean and functioning properly

Don't know how long they'll take to arrive. I used the Free Super Shipping whatever, and the "info box" about the FSS says "5-8 business days", on the page for the covers it says "3-5 weeks." I dunno??????????

Hey... I'm new on here. I saw some old discussions on this thread about getting together in Northern Kentucky. I know it was old, but was wondering if anyone in this area is still getting together. I just bought a new Double Cab Long Bed 4x4 and wouldn't mind getting it a little muddy. Nothing too crazy as it is my main mode of transportation, but let me know if anyone knows some place to have a little fun without the threat of getting stuck or damage. Thanks!
