I went with 265/65r17 but I’m thinking about going up a size to 275. Still on the fence.

4WD all the way to work this morning through 5-8 cm of wet snow. No A/C, but I’m guessing no big fuel economy gains either.

This kit is on sale on Amazon right now, regularly $46.99, now $34.99 with an additional 35% off and free next day shipping. I paid just over $24. I needed another kit for my Tacoma, thanks @RIX TUX for the recommendation!

Y'all's first snowfall this fall? I grew up in the mountains of Western Virginia, we used to get snow all the time between late October and late April. We had a blast playing in the snow, riding the fire trails all night, I miss those days. That's when I had my '82 that's in my profile pic. Miss the snow, but definitely don't miss the cold!! I hate cold weather with a passion now!! Give me low 80's, sunshine, flip flops and shorts anyday!!

They did pump them up about 3-4 pounds more than I normally run. I did the chalk test and mine needs 30 PSI in all tires to maintain proper ground contact. They left them at 34-35 cold and for me, that is too much. But that may have contributed to the new calculation of my mileage as well.
