I've read good things about Mevotech Supreme, anyone have any experience with this brand? I just want to know if there is a brand out there that is trustworthy for these specific parts.

Lower ball joints should be OEM and replaced early and often to avoid that picture.

Thanks guys just wanted to confirm, I was already on the OEM road. Just wanted to get rid of the aftermarket itch. Aside from Toyota who else carries OEM Toyota parts?

I wouldn't trust buying oem toyota parts from fleebay nor Amazon. Too many chances of knockoff.

I will add I personally would say OEM for the LBJs and steering rack specifically, everything else I wouldn’t be as worried about. The LBJs because they can cause the failure shown in your picture, and steering rack because I’ve had multiple aftermarket’s leak and fail. Personally I don’t see an issue with saving some money on other parts that likely won’t catastrophically fail.

Ok, last question here. There's no TRD option when searching for parts. Do I just use the base model option, obviously not S-Runner or Pre-Runner? I'm sure you've all encountered the "What model is it" conversation from the 17 year old at AutoZone.

Most legitimate sites ask you to enter your VIN for OEM parts to ensure a correct match. Before I did my suspension refresh I shopped around, results are in the attached PDF, which is for a 2003 but the ball joints should be the same. McGeorge/Orisman was the clear winner. https://parts.ourismantoyotaofrichmond.com

@rocknbil Saved me so much research, I was halfway down the rabbit hole, this helps tremendously! I'm building my parts order as we speak on Ourisman. Thank you so much.
