Plot twist, OP is the disgruntled employee and took it out on his own truck.

I mean, there's plenty to be disgruntled about...like, who intentionally lives in Georgia

    Also, saved for others -

Morimoto handled my warranty claim like a boss. I filed the claim, emailed with their CS a couple times and I understood that I had to pay for the replacement housing until they received/checked out my defective unit before they issued a credit. All of the above took about 2 weeks.

Sorry but I have no problems with them and going through their warranty process only strengthened my trust to buy from Morimoto in the future.

See this is a nice post to see. I’m glad you had that experience man…I know some other people who weren’t so lucky though…but I’m glad at least someone was taken care of

got bulbs and probably lens etc from them before I believe
To use at as a reputable source for those expensive high quality parts

so that it’s legit and not counterfeit

never dealt with a light warranty before

idk what above says or about u
But if I’m dealing with customer service for something: emails might send to the wrong folder. People might forget stuff. Normal life

Maybe I missed it? But I think I read all of the post?
Did OP edit his post and delete the vandalism part?

It isn’t really fair for me to comment on that part, as I don’t know what exactly what was posted.
But if what’s stated by other is true, I think it was shady.
I would have just been honest. Honesty can sometimes go a long ways.
You never know, maybe they would have helped you out with a small discount?

As for the harness not reaching. Maybe they didn’t account for “routing” the wires up, over, and round stuff?
I can see how it would be annoying, splicing sucks. But I can’t say it’s something I’d call and complain about.

    Too much to list
How won't the light bar work properly without their harness?

They have a diagram of their expensive harness online. The lights can definitely be wired without the harness, but the official harness looks nice and is worth quite a bit. I’m thinking the precisely cut plug lengths for the chained lights, materials, fit and finish. I would wire them up myself if were running the light setup, but I don’t think the price is all that wild.

Are you sure the call center was in Atlanta? Morimoto is part of the same 4WheelParts/Pro Comp/Smittybilt/Readylift conglomerate.
