the difference between classes is in the way how instructions are presented, novice class gets classic rally directions 5 minutes prior the departure, where in expert class you have riddles to answer to plan the route (personally not a fan of that).

Either way, if anyone wants to push the limits of their fancy suspension (we all like those shocks with resis, right!) - I think this kind of events are the best, you have high speed, tight corners and very rough roads. Not all vehicles made it back in one piece, some were missing parts. 1999 T4R managed to fly off the course in the snowbank, he got out with a winch help after.

Supposedly this type of vehicle is good for rallying:

I'd love to see that in motion! Although, after getting back in comfy and cushy leather seats with V8 torque, it would be hard for me to get low to the ground again... :bikewhoops:

I have at least 1 going spare, perhaps 2 or 3. However they look slightly different with the lug nut hole being “notched” slightly. The stock 2nd gen 17” rims. My spares are actually from a gen 4 4Runner limited (same rim size and style as my 2nd gen TRD Sport).
Will dig them out and snap a pic later

    I could be.

Assuming they can mix with another front skid

The front skid has a lip at the back that the front of the transmission skid bolts to. The back of the trans skid and the front of the transfer case skid are bolted to the crossmember using the factory bolts. The rear of the t-case skid bolts to the frame using a hole you will need to drill. This design is not unique to SOS but I cannot say which other brands us the same design.

Well, I put these things on IMG_7792.jpg I’m looking for the Centerline 6 lug center caps. If anyone knows where to get them, that would be sweet. IMG_7838.jpg

Doubt if anyone would want this but the carpeting from my truck is going to the garbage if someone need it. Free just needs a good cleaning as it stinks after the mouse/rat incident.
